At Guitar Specialist of Furch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if your new guitar doesn't perfectly suit your style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Instrument

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
